the hand doesn't look overly realistic - more like a wood carving in appearance. The wrist is far too fat, and the joint between hand and wrist isn't particularly defined. Perhaps defining bones and joints could help?

Hmm, the lighting looks good to me. The effect is really good.
Small hand improvements would make it look more4 epic, but anyway it`s really good as it is now.

I'm not sure about the hand... it just looks like it's touching some lightning effect...
I guess it's suppost to look like it's creating the effect?
You could make the hand pointing or make the hand more "agressive".
Like he is concentrating alot to get that energy how of him .

Well on the big picture you can see the lighting coming out between the fingers, but I guess I could work a bit on it.

Fix the hands, everything else seems fine but the hands are quite pale and unseen by the eye. I would maybe re-size it.
