Traxamillion: Redefine the image way too blurry. Also wrong PAS and DISBTN borders download icon layer tool in tools section.

I would've named it "Seas of Fate" instead of crushing wave, but that's just me.
This is great for any and all sea/water-based maps.
I don't know if the PAS/DIS borders are correct, though. The border looks too... straight. I think it needs to be more of a faded-in border.

They are correct, the original image had a 2x cutoff (look closely at the BTNs)
