Well she may not be attractive until you're a few beers deep, but IMO it's a good icon to go with a good model. If I used Orcs in my project, I'd be using this icon for sure.

Dang, I knew I should've gotten onto requesting this. This is excellent, and really interesting. I would be excited to see a Jungle Troll version of this (that being the originally-intended usage). Good stuff.
