enjoy: This lacks shading, highlights and definition. It looks really plain and flat, and it is also pretty boring. If you do not intend to make a background, maybe play with the angle of the drawing. You should look at some tutorials for the upper list of things this icon lacks, then redo it, and update it.

You might want to move the nail a little lower because the hammer is swinging in a predefined arc (by the transparent past hammers) and would hit the nail awkwardly if it continued the arc.
