(No offense) Needs more work ,
first, it's too flat,
second, lack of shading and highlights.
third, It doesn't look like an eye,
4th , It's hard to define what is that.
last , it's very very cartoonish, it's looks like drawing from the child ..
Compare it to the other icons here on hive ...
You must look for some tutorials ...

Then practice digital painting.....

When I upload my first icons, they are rejected because the quality is not good that's why I continue to draw until some of them get approved

Never upload your first icon to Hive, unless you're 100% sure it's presentable and even then ask a friend first.

Did you use Default Paint? Why not Photoshop or PaintShop or GIMP?

Damn he uses all category and races for easily find his icon
