It's rather hard to tell what it is, took me a while to figure it out. I'd recommend you to show a larger part of the outer mouth.

The quality is okay, along with the shading, but I don't really like how the tongue just...hangs in the air. I recommend fixing that with either increasing the shading of the tongue as it goes deeper into the throat, or making the tongue a bit more straight and longer.

Well me on the other hand noticed that it was the inside of a mouth the second I saw it
