I was just thinking of making a cat's eye not long ago. Coincidence. Don't overdo it with highlights though. I would personally make the eye glow a lil' bit more. I'll give a 4/5 for execution.

Looks a bit like a human eye. Isn't the gray-ish part (which is supposed to represent a cat's fur) inside the eye liner supposed to be red, I think.
Looks pretty good though.
