Kimbo: Goodjob, looks nice. But the flow of the fire is rather incorrect. It DOES look like fire, well done fire...cept it has no flow of fire....maybe try experimenting more on how fire flows ok?

I think the background shouldn't be that empty. I know where to use this, not at this stage though :/

If that's a breath of fire, it should be bright and not with the dreary black background. Also, the fire isn't very detailed. It doesn't look a lot like fire to me.
