I'd write some runes on the upper left part of the bandage to create the illusion that one side is fully runed. ;x

It doesn't really look like a bandage. For pandaren it fits rather well, but for humans/orcs, not so much.

well as naro said about the runes, how come only the front left side has runes?? what about the back left? and if you like, also the right side? but id like at least one side with runes not just half :/

Also, just a minor thing, the top right part where it bends should be not so straight, like the bottom left bit.
Edit: and also if you're not too lazy, could you make it a bit longer? Like a roll of bandage.

Re-done the whole thing, made it look more like this image by blizzard.

This one the best so far. I can only say to make some of the rips a bit longer but that's not important.

Good, it looks more like a Bloody, wrecked High elven banner, which was enchanted with some element.

Although, it is a bandage...
