This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
A very simple icon that shows a beehive surface (regular hexagons placed together, made with MS Paint, and bumpmapped with GIMP). I'm just a newbie so I'll be starting with the more basic ones.

Buuut, It looks nice. though maybe you could make it a bit darker, and maybe even add some honey dripping off or something. But looks pretty nice. For first and something that started in MS paint

you could've at least angled the image. and i doubt it'll be approved. it has insufficient shadows and highlights

In order to get this icon to the point where it's quality meets approval, you will need to add shading and highlight to every single hexagon, use color variations between different hexagons and try to make it not so texture-pattern-lookalike. Use dynamic style to express the shadows like the Warcraft artist do - and try to avoid copying one finished cell to others.

This one looks like Cnp in someway.. anyways, the quality is too low and... well you should just practice more and work harder than that if you want to get your icon approved.

I find it hard to imagine there is enough freehand in this to get approved.

Moderators have enough work to do without users spamming up them with PM and VM, or worse, the report button. Some icons are pending for more than a week, but we are patiently waiting.

I talk to mods in chat if something is wrong. And icon mods do very little.

The icon production on this site is larger than the mods have time to approve.
Anyway, this icon is more like a tapestry pattern = boring.
