The anatomy of the mouth seems rather weird, it's very protruding, as well as being strangely angled and a long distance from the nose.

Personally for me it just looks too cartoony to fit into the Warcraft theme.

pff, wc3 has been cartoony by nature since release, if you want grit then play warcraft 1.

Nice icon btw, me likey , just make those eyes have more emotion, everything is too stiff.
And the beard looks alive with that mouth..
