i usually agree, passive buttons usually do look better, its just on this one the edges of the green glow just stop when they reach the edge (esp at top and bottom) so kind of looks like someone attacked it with a pair of scissors or soming, creating a blunt end to the fade (you see what im saying?), so the normal button looks better XD

I think the glow could have been just a litle smaller but overall it's nice. But i must say i admire your color choice, i just simply love it. Oh and i like the leaf aswell

This is a brill little icon. Really quite nice. My only suggestion would be to make the green a little brighter/more saturated in order to make it fit better with other Wc3 icons. Great job. I look forward to more icons.
