Anathomy looks really, really off, like the hand is made of rubber. As much as it works on the artwork, it doesn't as an icon. I suggest you to shorten the middle sections of the fingers, and the backside of the hand too - it is supposed to be shorter than a finger size at any time.

The fingers really seems weird, because I'm still practicing draw hands and I have no much free time. If I have some more freetime i'll rework it.

But still,in a logic way,the hand should be heavily bleeding.

This was intentional to make the arrow seems petrifying/freezing the hand.

Even tho it does look a bit weird as it leaves no wounds or light impact, the theory of a "soul arrow" holds the water actually.

the arrow should cast light onto the back of the hand, just like it does to the palm. think the fingers would also be better off without a couple of those black lines as shadows.

On a side note, you should consider making the camera face the side of the hand where thumb is. Making it face the other way, from pinky finger, gives off that fake stretchy expression.

IT LITERALLY IS... Anyway, It's smooth in the smaller version but it's Pixelated when it's large.
