Looks okay, but some things that could be made better:
1. The background glow blends with the metal
2. The metal doesn't look metalish enough and the rope part is a bit messy
3. The whole icon is a bit blurry
Nevertheless it looks good enough for me to get approved.

Even though the glow does blend a bit, I think it's distinct enough to be able to tell that it's a glow. Overall great job, definitely good enough to get approved ^-^

Try to make the glow fade with the background. It will give the arrow more mystique appearance.
