Badass undead drake in the picture, oh this was about the button..
well judging by its similarity, can say this one ended up being inner fire, so once it was just an +armor spell apparently.

I can't do much, this icon was ripped from a screen-shot. There was no other way of getting it. This looks similar to Inner Fire icon, but this one has no crown shape. It must be used as a arcane circle or arcane shield of some sort.
