Arcane Shackles for my archmaiden hero. Summons an arcane error that casts arcane Shackles to the target. The arcane error has 200 Hp and when the spell ends the arcane error dies.
If the arcane error is silenced, stuned or killed the spell will stop and the arcane error will die.
