zombie2279: Quite good, yet again, a bit too simple color scheme is the one that bothers me and the effect in the middle distorts quite a large part of the icon. Despite that, it might be useful.

Looks good but add purple on your icon since the actual icon looks more to an ice or a water spell than an arcane spell.
