zombie2279: The idea would be good, but the execution is really lacking. The object doesn't really look like a sword, both shape and coloring-wise. Redo the shape to be sharp and to resemble a real sword, you can reference if that helps. The shading is really weirdly placed, I don't understand why the lightning is coming from the middle of the sword. Essecially, it makes the whole thing look way too flat. Re-design the highlights and shading while ignoring the spell effect in the middle, try placing the light source (invisible) to the upper right corner and shade according to that.

'Till updated.

enjoy: way to cartoonish and needs shading and details.

The breakin' parts could be more like they're falling down...
And... It needs more small details.
But the background is very nice and original IMO.

I like it... However, it doesnt look to much like a sword in my opinion, but it still looks awesome.

As many other have pointed out, make it look more like a sword... sharper. And it shares the same problems as your thorn bush icon. Too many of the pieces are 2D only and lack the metallic texture of a blade or metal fragments. Try not to use your standard green color for everything, well, at least for the sword. The sword viewed from that angle should also have thickness. And you need a complete reshape of the blade. Please make edits.
