Put some more highlights on the sword, also, there is a lot of black space. Try to clean some of that up and maybe clean up the scratchiness of the whole icon itself because its pretty dull and black.

Zoom in a bit, and rotate it the same direction as the backgroundstripes thingys. It looks kind of displaced at the moment.

There's high pixelation around the sword, which could possibly arise from copying the sword or the background from another source. I'm not entirely sure, but it seems a bit odd. Other than that, the sword needs definition from the background, and stronger contrast to make it look metallic.
