When I try to open either WEU or WE, it has an error message that says:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: c:\program files\warcraft iii\worldedit.exe

R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
[OK]

When i hit OK I get a message saying the disc isn't in. That was fixed in a patch, wtf?

Anyone know what's going on?

I have McAfee Deluxe. I'm immune to them.

I googled R6034, and apparently it happens on Vista alot when some things don't have manifests. I checked, and WE does have a manifest, so I've no clue what the hell is going on.

One place said that you can fix R6034 errors from an application when you:
Uninstall .NET Framework 2.0
Uninstall .NET Framework 3.0 (if present)
and then you
Install .NET Framework 1.1

I tried, and it didn't work, so I reinstalled 2.0 and 3.0.

Any more ideas?

Oh, and I asked Blizzard by sending in a help request. Today I should get a response, but they likely won't know.

...This is really starting to bug me.

DSG, I'll try.

I got response from Blizzard. Some dude named Peter N. He says I should probably get service packs n shit for my .NET frameworks. So, I have to update. Eww.
