Boss Bar Down

Hi, I can't figure out how to set something for my boss bar.

I'm trying to make it so when you hold down the shift key my boss bar will go down by 1 every second. and then go back up when the shift key is released.

Problem is I cant find how to set ((current value) - 1 ) or +1

If think the one you need is 'Arithmetic (Integer)' or 'Arithmetic (Real)', which makes it able to do what you're looking for.
