I created it using the built-in drawing tools on Windows, so there are no layers to provide I'm so sorry。
I modified the description and I'm not sure if it meets the requirements.

Its ok, i just want to make sure you actually put in time onto this and didn't take it from a website or any other source.
But, for the UPG/ATT/SSC icons please re do those with the BTN Border off of them because right now its on.
