I agree, it's too bright and shiny. Granted, cannons aren't always black, but they look weird otherwise.

The front of the cannon needs some thickness; you have it as a sharp edge. I know it'd add 1-2 kb from polies, but it'd definitely be worth it.

Still, I really like this, and all of your siege weapons. 4/5.

A great model, Mike. We definitely need more realistic siege weapons.

I think that it's a good model.

Maybe a geoset coloring(just to darken it a bit) for the whole thing would be good but eh, that's just minor.
I like the whole collection of medieval siege-work models so far
