I've often wanted a female version of this model, so I'm glad to see someone's done it. I haven't tested it in-game yet, but from the viewer it looks pretty good. I like the concept for the cloak especially. Just a few things I noticed, mostly about the cloak:
-There is a small line on either side of her cloak. I'm guessing this is a UV-mapping issue. It's not super noticeable from a distance, but it would be an easy fix.
-The cloak stretches weirdly on the stand animation. This was an issue on the original Blood Mage, too, but it's more noticeable on yours because of your cloak design.
-I'd rotate her ears back somewhat. Blood Elven ears tend to move back and up at a 45 degree angle.
-I would recommend shrinking the shoulderpad/cloak setup just a little bit. Her body is just a little small for them.
I'm going to hold off on rating until you decide if you will make changes. Either way, I like the model.

A female Blood Mage is something I thought about for a while. The other thing I'd love to see is a female Lich. 
It was a nice idea to make her standing pose straightened out, her cloak also looks interesting.
Tho there are some odd thing about this model: Shoulder plates (and chest) are way too big and her ears really need to look back and not sideways.
The overall idea and concept is nice. The realization just needs a couple of tweaks.
Edit 1. Her eyes are square (literally) in the portrait.
Edit 2. Still screams like a male Blood Mage when dying.

Other than that it's a very neat edit. I know that this model can be a mess to edit, so very good job!

I'd love to see Uther's green irides and pupils on this babe's portrait, a lil green sparkle and a blinking sequence. If the author wants I'd love to cooperate to make those additions, feel free to contact me by PM if interested .

I still would like to suggest modifications, if you give me permission to apply. I would now share my suggestions publicly for constructive discussion with the users. Besides the eye color, she still needs a more feminile look in the portrait:
- resizing the shoulderguards
- resizing the breast. They don't have to be flat but if they're proportionate they look better than they do if they're too big.
- showing a little more forehead
- making the eyebrows as thin as possible
are all things that would make her look more elegant in my opinion.
The ears don't really need to be pointing upwards to give a good look,but they need to be smaller than the original, imo.
And there's a bad look of the region of the mouth that I can't seem to be able to fix

- Please fix the eyes on the main model. Right now they are just yellow squares.
- Also, when you're at it, please add team colour and make the shoulder pads similar to the normal male Bloodmage.
