You said they are region variable so i told you use:

call DestroyRect()

Instead of:

call RemoveLocation()

Check id the variable name are correct. It Case Sensitive.
So if your variable named Unit_Location, and you use

call RemoveRect(udg_Unit_location)

it won't work.

I think you should consider to post the trigger if you want it to work, if not don't hope for miracles and at the least post the screenshot of the error you are getting.
Also what the heck are you using regions for?

Obviously you do not know how to program in JASS. I would advise reading a JASS tutorial as that might give you basic enough knowledge to know why it is not compiling.

There is no such thing as a location trigger. Further more locations can not store units.
