Blizzard Spell

Can anyone make me a Custom Blizzard Spell?
A Blizzard with a large AOE and each time a Blizzard Shard Blasts a Frost Nova
Optional:While the Blizzard is Channeled the AOE is in Snow Terrain
Optional:Shards are Randomized not waved(Rain of Chaos Spell Style)

this useful spell by Erkki2 might help, although it's in vJASS, so you need JNGP for that (i think).
