Blizzard - Extra Icon Lament [Disabled]

Hey,

I would like to use the blizz extra icon - lament in my map but it appears not to have a disabled icon...

http://wowpedia.org/Cold_Blood is the image i am talking about.

I have had a look but cannot find a disabled on hive.. would anyone be able to create a disabled for me?
