I think you mean vertice? right! Anyway, if you intend to create a model using vertices, I'd say forget it! You want to take a base model, like your cube, and extrude new faces from it. Then merge vertices, rotate, move, scale,... into the desired shape. I'm not sure what you mean by bind, if you mean make all the same object, well that depends on what program your using.
In 3dStudio you select the one object say a cube and under the modify tab there is an Edit Geometry section simple press attach and select your new object say a circle. Done.

no but i dont mean like that. I mean i have created a cube and formed it like a Chest ( becouse Sansui told me to do that). and then i have to add some vertices to add the shloulders.... i had to few vertices... I create new vertices and i am gonna bind (attach) them to the other vertices.... You understand?

Okay, so you have a box with a flat lid, and you want to make the arched top? I'm just guessing, but adding vertices is still not the way to go. Try grabbing the top 4 verts of the lid and extruding them up, you'll see what I mean! If you simply add the vert manually you'll have to create the edges and faces manually too! Anyway, just trying to help, Cheers
