Well, we ain't getting it, so it must be you.

The "dvertiser" already gives it away.

Plus it's a DBM file, now what the F is a DBM file?

If it is service, then go to Start -> Run -> type "msconfig" -> Go to "Services" tab and then you could search this bidvertiser, if you find it and it is checked, then uncheck it. If it isn't there, it must something else then.
 
To dispel a few misunderstandings in this thread:

  • Bidvertiser is an advertising service similar to AdSense, and this appears to be a malfunction in it.
  • There is no reason to believe this is a virus, especially since a virus would presumably download files without asking you.

How about that "Download new video codec/flash version" virus, Mr Pewt?

As I said, you could try this, if that service is in there, then you can uncheck it and problem solved.
