Hmm, well first of all Nip/Tuck. I really hate that they don't do any new series(anybody know if they ever will?).

Secondly I would have to give a tie between South Park and the Simpsons, both cartoons rock!

The third place goes to House M.D. I just love all the sarcasam and all-knowingness that the main character brings

It's a vampire series, with Angel (Former: (When he didn't have a soul) Angeallous) as the main character. Is entvined with the series, "Buffy - The Vampire Slayer", same producor; Joss Whedon.

You should really check it out, it's a genious show!
