Battle.net problems

sry, but if i put this in the wrong zone but, so im trying to connect to bnet, but it always says that "There was a error downloading some files into your Warcraft III folder. Pleases free up some space.".........problem is that there is TONS of space, alot more then neccesary. why ois this happening?, im using a vista,k and im wondering, is it my data execution protection?, if so, what do i unblock so this can work?

Re-installing the game usually works. I'm assuming you have the original CDs, else you won't be able to connect to Battle.net.

Sounds a lot like a fake version. If original version, then do as above said.

A valid CD key is still required.

Look, if you downloaded any kind of pirated version, then case solved, if not then reply so. Because this really makes me think that you're using a fake version.

Indeed, if you bought the game then re-install it. If you downloaded it, that's the reason why it doesn't work.

I have this problem too and I both have my CDs and still it says that dumb error message when I try to go to Battlenet.
I have the CD Key installed too and my keys I have are being used.

I highly doubt, anyway if you have original, then reinstall.

Well regardless I love how I still can play Campaigns and use the World Editor in piece.

I bought the game as well, but still I don't have interest in Battlenet anymore.
I'm good with the campaigns to play and the World Editor to play with.

Run the game as an admin. I had the same problem, just right click it and click 'Run as Administrator'. If you are using Vista or win7 that is. Or just give access to warcraft 3 through windows firewall.
