Very nicly done yet again, although What is with the base of the tower? It looks like some part of a tower... but Baradur is a tower with the hinges at the top (like isengard) not fused with a mountain still nj

You are mistaking, this model is based on Barad'dur as seen in the movie, and it IS fused to a mountain.

Very nicely done Olof, I should have said this sooner but all your models are simply incredible and I'm particually impressed by the ones which use original textures to such good effect.

Anyway as for the look of the tower, Olof is right as after a quick google search I found this picture of the 'bigature' used in the film for Bara Dur

I'd say Olof's model is pretty perfect to concept :)

I liked the Orthanc more, but this is still solid work as we know it from you.

The death animation could have some more detail, e.g. it looks somehow strange that the whole rock falls down with the tower.

There is no words for such a impressiv work, it has many details, its just good. Would be very cool if you could continue with those Lord of the Rings models (mostly cos I don't like Star Wars, but the models are fine but I just have no need for them). I think it would be great if you did a Uruk-Hai.. All the others I've seen is crap. And of course alots of other things. Funny if you could do Bilbo's house :D keep on!
