Well the skin is a bit monotone (no TC, only red color)
You could add some details on boots and cape
and those weird pink things on the face looks like bruises : d

oh and making it skin for sylvanas would be better idea imo ;p

cant add detail to the cape. the wrap on the cape is the most fucked up thing in the world. Also, Get your definition right on monotone as ive got at least 4 different colour tones in the skin so anything else would look awful.

hmm... in that case i dont know, i really think is more a undead than a blood elf, but is the creator who deside what he created is...
For a blood elf, i think you should change some details of the eyes, like this thing under her eye for example... you should also make her skin darker, is very light for an elf... and this eye kind, like a green orb, is very awesome because of the eladrin, one specie of elf,can be found as well in D&D
the rest is pretty good
For a undead i believe that you only have to choose the eyes from green to a red, looking like a tiefling for the demons instead of undead...
but is awesome in anyway

EDIT-I finally know what was so weird in this skin. She has no chest, and her breasts join to her neck in a sense, past the clavicles.

Yea you pretty sure!! her breasts are very near to the neck, making sense that she have two football balls in the neck (lol)

I Know exactly the problem with her breats, the head, hands and legs are far more darker, put a lower brighness in the breasts... so it will look even more beautyfull
