Im sorry...but u got it all wrong let me make my self clear. Banners such as a rectangle saying cold league on it that can be placed on a map (advertising ourselfs). So basically a rectangle, and thats it??? You would need skinners and thats basically it. a basic shape such as the rectangle can be done in milkshape or even oinkerwinkle's vertex modifier...

ya but i know nuthing of skins so can u make me a grey rectangle saying coldleague on it and a flag saying coldleague. ( a flag like with the pole )and email them to me at [email protected] and tell me the paths for them,

Eh? If he insults you then i dont see why we should help... Anyway, if he was to get an artist he could use a flag or the drape thingys and just change the skin :S
