I know, I was long away coz I was to busy into Photoshop Zbrush and 3dmax Etc and ofcourse personal stuff

but now i am back and whit mine comeback i made somting

its got no mouth?
also... you might want to add another detail layer with smaller scales all over him or something.
the skin looks way too smooth.

also the paintover of the blood is really bad, its clearly a 2d composition
i think the eyes are the best since now

you should emphasize the bone structure underlying the skin way more, somehow its a little blobby overall

especially the corners of the mouth dont look organic at all, there is no definition of the jaw

is it having a beak or whats that triangular shape on the front of the nose?

Hmm thank i could do somting whit that and that beak thingy is a Horn like thing

u then should try googling as muhc reference as possible how beak and flesh blend with eachother, because this looks too much like it is one, instead of two objects
