The fact that he has red hairs makes it usable for a dwarven or viking-ish civilization.

I find the model pretty useful and I'll use it as a Dwarven base warrior.

EDIT: Actually it's just the base beard of that guy, but I guess the fact that you added the pauldrons made the model more usable because it features more "teamcolor" than before.

I'd highly recommend re-scaling and adjusting a lot of the additions to better fit in and not clip on other parts. For the parts where the beard clips you might have to modify the animations themselves.
