Portrait doesn't seem to work for me, see if you can get it to work ingame.

Pyritie: I dunno what donut's going on about. The model works fine for me. (Although my WE's a bit screwy at the moment) However, I do think the head is quite far forward. Maybe move the head back a bit?

But if I used ingame textures, then the dress would be boring. Not to mention the poor quality head it would have. :/

Bigger? I did that and checked to see how each size fit (Since it was originally half the body size) and I had to scale it down. The size it is is a bit bigger than what the normal villager has. But, I will see what I can do. Thanks for the critique guys!

nah the dress wouldnt look boring and the head already is low quality .
you should try it to get less filesize and because its a cool goal to achieve

Uh huh. Sure. Here's a pic of what it would look like. I have the raven textures on the first two and they both use the villager (human and elf) female textures. The third is the current one with my custom textures. Which one looks best?

*sigh* but then people will continue to complain about the level of detail on the head compared to the body... besides, the origional villager model uses only one texture that covers the entire model. I don't see what the problem with my model is...

Besides, using the elven dress would leave parts of the human form. This is an avian species and an elven dress doesn't seem to fit the Avian theme... So if you have an alternative, please let me know.

It's not stretched. It's just the way the model was mapped I guess. That, and the feathers were already big to begin with. I've been scaling the feathers on her dress.

Oh, I just found out that the portrait isn't working for donut. I'll see what I can do.

Edit: It ought to work. I used a Camera in the main file of the model. I realized that the problem may have been that there were the portrait camera in "Birdlady_Portrait.mdx" and in the "Birdlady.mdx" files.

the models with ingame texture looks like they going to a fantasy party
the custom texture is exelent 4/5 by sreenshot ( not tested)

Need moar burd peepole!!!

Great model, moderately useful at the moment, but there is a lack of burd peepole on THW, I would love to see moar.

I like the texture on the dress, very burd like, although the front is a tad blurry.

And yes, I am aware that I spelled "moar", "burd", and "peepole" wrong. xD

Bleh don't add wings to the back. Then it is kinda odd. The arms are technically its wings. Or at least thats my opinion.

yep. Kinda took the arm/wing idea from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker's avian race. Otherwise, the rest comes from me.

The only reason people are complaining is because they don't want to have to import so many textures.

Oh I so feel for you dude. It sucks to know that people might want it better. But if they don't tell you what they want to change then you can't really fix it to satisfy them.

Guys please actually say what you want him to improve rather than just saying it needs improvement.

And as far as I'm concerned its fine as it is. But someone else may see something I do not.
