autocast doesn't cast

i have a hero ability based off curse. it is supposed to be cast when my hero is attacked, or attacks sthg, but it does not autocast...
do i have to change something or what?
or is there an other autocast spell that affects enemies, and have a buff?

i have no idea WHICH situation curse is autocast in, but Slow is autocast on enemies during combat
