Auto-Cast Cripple not working

I've tried to create an auto-cast Cripple spell using a dummy Slow debuff, but it seems the trigger fails to select the unit affected by it.
Does anyone have a clue what might be the issue here?

0.20 is very fast, does your dummy have 0.00 cast time? Otherwise it might just not have time to even launch the ability before expiring
