Attack Speed Buff

wondering what ability to base an attack speed buff (that is not auto cast like bloodlust) on. The finished ability would be something like adrenaline rush. Any help would be appreciated thank you

From the map swat aftermath. It maxes the units attack speed (+400%) with a chance to also do the same for the caster medic. The rush also lasts longer the more units that die to the effected unit. targets both friend and foe.

Any active instant single-target ability. Change the target allowed so it includes both allied and enemy. Trigger the rest.

And stay out of Storm Bolt or Firebolt or anything similar. It STUNS.
