i think you may have attached the the mesh of the weapon to wrong bone. in the meaning that the weapon glow doesnt overlap the weapon in most animations. other than that, not much to whine about. maybe you could hide the feather tips (the ones attached to the masks) inside the masks, cause theres no need to see those tips. it might look prettier.

For some reason this model has a weird bug where team glow beneath his feet grows insanely upon moving him in game. Can you take your time to look into that? I mean, model is excellent and I'd love to use it actively in my upcoming series of campaigns.
