Because CNP is against the rules.. if its more than 15% or something .. forgot it....

I know, but ive seen CnP skins around here, where moderaters said that it was a fine skin even thou it was CnPed (Or just recolouring).
I am not thinking of the tigershaman- as i think he said CnP In sarcasm.
Anyways, all could need some CnP or Recoloured stuff, once in a while.
Some map makers may not know how to do simple stuf as that.

Well, its my opinion of things. It must be hard for moderators to look everything thou at all.
If THW just had a section like that, it would be way easier.

*sigh*... CnP is allowed. As long as it's not from other textures. Photograph CnP is aloud. But this does break the 75% freehand rule. Try to use less CnP and do less recolour. Otherwise it's pretty nice. Honestly, the appearance of all these textures is nice, they just need more freehand, like suggested earlier.

Why do all the new guys assume I'm evil? I'm trying to give critique and tell you how you can improve your texture so it can get approved. I'm not trying to be mean in any way, just like the moderators do in their comments.

Also, if we made a CnP and Recolours section it'd defeat the purpose of Moderators. THW would only need people to catagories the textures and almost anyone can do that. Also, considering that CnP from other textures is 'stealing', in a sense, and recolours are too simple they should not be approved.

Well, i see your "problem" about the moderators, but the stealing part is not all correct.
If your "Stealing" From a blizzard model, for the blizzard game, and Blizzard has given permition to do this, it is not stealing.
And Hawkwing- your not Evil- it just seems so.

Well it's stealing in the sense that you are saying you made this texture when really a lot of it is made by Blizzard.
