Can anyone make me something like the starfall, but replace the falling stars with arrows falling from the sky? Reputation and credits will be given to the maker of the arrows.

It looks good... I'll give you credits and rep for it but, I'm afraid there has been a misunderstanding (Maybe)... Could you remove the star effect on the arrow... and make it look more like an arrow (maybe you'll do those things later because this is only the alpha version) Well, thanks! I'll temporarily use this one, but once you create that, I'll give you more rep.
