Area of Effect Damage percent

How would I make an ability that every time he attacks a unit does damage to all enemies around for 10% of the damage he did when he attacked.

u can set the damage as a variable (i thought a real variable) then pick every unit and give them damage by using: airthemathic - 'the variable' x 0.10 (10 procent)
