This one is very simple I imagine, for someone with modeling skills.
I'm in need of a selection circle model that's exactly 100 range "wide". It's meant to be used as an area of effect display of range. It needs to have a birth (fades in over a very short time) animation and death (fades out).
If I scale it up to 6.00 of model size, it should represent a 600 range AoE.
White circular line as seen on standard selection.
It would be nice if I could color it with RGB values, but that's not a must.
