Can't you just click away somewhere and dismiss the dismiss dismissing panel and button?

Do you have scripting disabled by any chance or clicked before the page was fully loaded?

No sir, I haven't the faculties to fathom let alone comprehend such an action so I doubt they were disabled.
I can't seem to replicate the issue.
