Yes, all the april fools models will be inside the retail game. It is already mentioned that the tauren marine was inside the campaign as a secret. Additionally in one of the bar scenes people are reproting seeing a nightelf. More eastereggy you can not get.

Yea I noticed that but I cant get it as a functional unit of any sorts :/ Its unselectable

That is because it was made to be unselectable for its purpose (it is the final boss of the lost viking mini game in the cantein onbord the battleship hypherion in the campaign)

You will have to make your own actor and unit for it which is selectable.
