Archers Out Of Arrows

Is there any way a unit (Archer) can run out of Arrows?
I mean....i was thinking of using he's Mana Points as Arrows, and i am sure that it could be done, but i do not know how.

I've created a custom unit based on Night Elf Archer, and i've set it`s initial Mana Points to 15, number that will represent the number of Arrows he have(with a regeneration rate of 0)

My ideea is that it could be done by a trigger that "burns" 1 point of mana each time a archer hits another unit, and if the mana becomes 0, he won't be able to attack anymore (until he's mana points are regenerated).

If somebody does knows how a trigger or something could be done, please, let me know.

I've managed to change the trigger a little in order to prevent the lag that could have been caused by "Order Attacking Unit to Stop". I've replaced it with "Remove Attack Form Attacking Unit" and now it`s perfect, just what i needed.
