Arabian dock. If will be bugs (they might be because i made this model fast enough) - tell about them.

Changelog: 1.00 - model uploaded.
1.01 - changed design.
1.02 - added stand work animation (sorry that i missed it). Model is bigger now.
1.03 - model angled. Fixed size and length.
1.04 - fixed according last review.

It's a decent looking building but there are some faults: Upon death it leaves an (exaggerated) ubersplat on the ground. And you can't have an underwater ubersplat, so you might just remove it. (See human shipyard) Stand work animations don't seem to...

    Piers turning into that at last stage doesnt make sense.

    I agree with Eagle. The steps were used throughout middle eastern countries, especially India however they were used for people to get into the water, not as boat docks. Maybe keep the wooden piers and keep one or two sets of stairs on the side(s) of the middle pier. Or just turn the wooden piers into stone piers and also add the stairs next to the mid pier at one or both side(s). I like the second idea personally, looks more historically accurate. Also, in general I feel like all your Arab buildings are slightly smaller than their European counterparts (Except the tower, those work well) - I say this because Arab architecture was on another level compared to European architecture in the middle ages. So, for realism and historical accuracy, Arab buildings have to be bigger and fancier.

    Yes, I quite agree this isn't one of your best models. I think you should put more time to them instead of rushing them like they are.
    I know it's quite a pain finding Medieval Middle Eastern to take inspiration from as there really are not many good examples at all from what I found. The closest thing I found were the Medieval 2 "Battle" cities, though you would need to get in game to see them as I can not find any pictures of the 3d buildings.

    This looks way better. Although it looks smaller, I haven't tested it. It should be as big as the Human Shipyard of Wc3, i'll test later.

    Hmm - not sure how I feel about this new version. While you did improve the top part's doodads and main building, the bottom part (especially the piers) look worse now. That one tiny pier is not enough for ships to dock at. I do like the new stairs though - maybe rotate the new stairs to be vertical and run along the pier; then bring back the 3 wooden piers on each side and for tier 3 give the piers a stone texture.

    Few problems, due to it's base not being "big" enough it sinks in the water: Mike Docks | HIVE

    Another thing I've noticed with all your new Arabian models is that they are very small: MikeArabian Models 6 | HIVE of course you could just scale them up but just something you may note your Arabian Houses are actually quite big compared to the other in the scale 1.00.

    I like the changes but it feels weird without any long wooden piers. Rotate the stairs so they are out of the way and bring back the 3 long wooden piers that the European docks also have.

    • Stand work animations don't seem to do anything in-game. Give it some activity being performed, or you might just remove it.
    Textures could be better but fixing that it is good to go. Awaiting Update.
