Well... Good things about your map:
- some creativity in this kind of map
- Quite an effort (I guess)
- More or less, you have AI...
- Poor terrain
- Poor hero choosing system (let us know nothing about the hero we are selecting)
- Poor skills' descriptions, units descriptions
- Very poor map description
- No quest or map info or something
- Map's imbalance
- Global Distribution
- Too many units are spawned
- ...
I really think that you should improve your map more before posting it here
